The UNION KC-150 is a 5-axis boring mill for the efficient complete machining of larger prismatic workpieces. The horizontal drilling and milling machine with movable column is equipped with a working spindle Ø 150mm and a tool magazine with 60 magazine places and automatic tool changing system. The work table with a clamping area of 2,000 x 2,500 mm can carry workpieces weighing up to 20 tons. The main spindle has a maximum torque of 2,179 Nm and can deliver up to 46kW at 3,000 rpm. A coolant system with paper band filter system, internal (20 bar) and external (3 bar) coolant supply as well as a special rotary housing, mounted on the table, complete the configuration of the UNION KC-150.
