REIDEN RX10 PCS – CNC 5-Axis Machining Center with Pallet Changer
The REIDEN RX10 PCS is a high-precision CNC 5-axis machining center built in Switzerland for demanding machining applications. Ideal for toolmaking, mold manufacturing, and small-batch production, the machine features a HEIDENHAIN iTNC530 HSCI control, generous travels of 1,000 x 1,100 x 810 mm, and an automatic pallet changing system for maximum productivity.
Its innovative DDT double drive spindle technology combines high-speed machining up to 16,000 rpm with powerful high-torque cutting performance. The large tool magazine with 273 tool positions ensures efficient and automated manufacturing processes.
Additional features include a hydraulically clamped NC swiveling milling head, 40 bar through-spindle coolant, BLUM 3D touch probe, and a highly rigid machine construction.
