CNC - TRAVELING COLUMN MILLING MACHINE CORREA ANAYAK HVM-65

The ANAYAK HVM-65 traveling column milling machine stands for high rigidity, precision and machining performance. Equipped with a Heidenhain iTNC530 HSCI control, this CNC milling machine is ideally suited for demanding heavy-duty machining applications. The proven traveling column design with a fixed distance between column and spindle axis ensures consistent accuracy across the entire working range. The cross movement is performed by the column, eliminating the need for a contoured foundation.

The orthogonal milling head with 28/42 kW power output reaches speeds of up to 6,000 rpm and features a precise 0.02° x 0.02° indexing resolution. The rigid auxiliary table offers a large clamping surface of 7,300 x 1,200 mm and supports workpieces with a surface load of up to 10,000 kg/m². A generous X-axis travel of 6,500 mm, driven by rack and pinion with dual preloaded gears, ensures smooth and precise movement. A traveling tool magazine with 60 positions, a 3D touch probe, and a separate coolant system with chip conveyor complete the equipment package of the ANAYAK HVM-65.
