Description
The UNION KC 110 CNC boring mill in rigid T-type cross-bed design offers outstanding precision, power and reliability for efficient complete machining of prismatic workpieces. Equipped with a HEIDENHAIN iTNC 530 control, a 110 mm spindle and continuously variable spindle speeds up to 3,000 rpm, the machine is designed for demanding heavy-duty machining applications. With travels of X 2,500 mm, Y 2,000 mm and Z 1,500 mm, the UNION KC 110 is perfectly suited for large-scale machining tasks in modern production environments. Additional highlights include a 60-position automatic tool changer, high-pressure coolant system and an extensive refurbishment package ensuring long-term performance and accuracy.
